Everyone can be great, just need to be managed correctly and with respect!

I have been working in different industries for over 20+ years now, starting at the bottom and working my way up to the management structure or managing the business while living in Ireland and now in Malta.

It's been very eye-opening for me when it comes to many things, but especially it was a great experience learning how to deal with and manage different people. What I mean by that is that I was always stuck with the "hardest" or not-so-easy to manage (usually known as toxic) employees to deal with in different businesses and areas. :)

I didn't mind, as I succeeded to prove other managers and owners that everyone (it doesn't matter who they are or from which background they are) can be great and they can work as part of the team if you give them enough of space and time to be creative and express themselves correctly.

I am not saying it was easy but my work ethic, attitude, patience and everlasting respect made that happen. Yes, we had push & go situations from time to time, but keeping a cool and professional attitude and showing those people that you will be the first one to lead them, put time and effort into the business and do exactly the same "crap" that they have to do make it easier for us to work together.

I was able to get the best out of every single person on the team and to get even more from those that were seen as troublesome or hard to deal with.

Everyone can be great, just work with them and never stop believing in them. :)
